An organization consisting of teachers who engage in health and exercise, and who focus on health by organizing recreational activities for all ages. Not only healthy exercise but also a healthy mind.
This is achieved by:
a. providing for formal and non-formal education
b. offering activities in the area of sports, exercise and health
c. teaching skills and values that are vital for young people and adults
d. encouraging leadership and volunteer work among young people and adults
e. enhancing the resilience and self-reliance of young people
f. looking for internal and external partners for the programs and financing required to implement these programs



Purpose of the organization

1. To develop young people and adults into productive citizens and catalysts for a positive change in order to meet the needs of an ever-changing society.
2. To promote social and emotional development, which is based on self-instruction and encouraging the self-development of young people and adults.

Services/Activities

Recreational activities, especially exercise for all ages.
This could include introductory activities, team building activities, treasure hunts, water games, hiking and much more. The leaders and teachers can put together a tailor-made program containing all elements the group/target group wishes to have in its own activity.
We do not only offer exercise for a healthy body but also activities for a healthy mind, such as activities to promote the social-emotional development and to promote leadership skills and to provide for formal and non-formal education of the target group.

Clients can contact us by telephone or e-mail to make an appointment. During this appointment, they can explain what exactly they want, and what budget they have. We can then tell them what we can offer, and how many leaders/teachers we need to get involved. It is important to work as personalized as possible. Subsequently, a cooperation contract will be prepared and signed by both parties, and an invoice will be sent for payment.
