Volunteer Jobs
The foundation's purposes are to:
(1) make the local people aware of how to take care of an animal in the 21st century;
(2) give people of all walks of live a chance to work with equines to improve their own well-being;
(3) work in a holistic way, natural medication, barefoot, no loud voices, no whips;
(4) do (scientific) research on hoofs in order to improve the hoof care for our equines.
Purpose of the organization
Our aim is to give unwanted, neglected, or abused equines a safe haven where they can live their life in peace and harmony.

1. Volunteer services: walking with horses and general care

Additional remarks: With the United Nations' sustainabiility in mind, ESA pursues the following:
* Landscaping: only native tree/plants, minimize erosion, keep a balance between animal and nature
* Community: giving back manure for fertilizer, have people improve their well being by working with horses
education:
* Educate people how to take care of animals in the 21st century
* Good Governance: knowledgable board, open structure, finances are to be yearly reviewed by a certified accountant;
* Equine welfare: 24/7 access to hay, barefoot, companionship, minimum 1 acre per horse, no confinement
