Qi Gong Aruba offers classes to locals and tourists with a main focus on senior citizens, patient groups and adults that wish to inform and educate themselves about health self care maintenance to prevent and relief diseases and educate, inspire and empower the students to optimize their health.

Purpose of the organization

Qi Gong Aruba aims to educate, inspire and empower people to take care of their own health and healing through classes that offer movements, breathing exercises, self-massages techniques, meditations and dietary advice.

Services/Activities

Qi Gong Aruba offers classes and therapy at the local senior facilities, the YMCA, the elderly homes, the centro di barios and also offers service to hotel guests by daily classes to tourists
