Heart-Centered Leadership Foundation (HCLF) is a unique non-profit organization that has at its heart’s mission to empower the youth of Aruba to become heart-centered leaders. Our trainings, seminars, and programs are targeted towards fostering inspired youngsters who are sustainable, resilient, responsible, and respectful.

Role Description
For our diverse training programs, we are looking for volunteer youth coaches to assist in our training sessions with youth participants.

As a volunteer youth coach, you will be assisting during trainings by facilitating small groups. Facilitation includes helping participants move through a process together. Your role as a youth coach:
- Encouraging participation by motivating participants, asking questions, and helping participants through assigned tasks during the training sessions
- Monitor process of small group discussions and activities
- Creating a space where participants feel welcome and safe
- Creating an environment for all to have a change to speak and share
- Assisting in setting up before and cleaning up after each activity

Requirements:
• Dependable and committed
• Flexible
• Between ages of 17 – 30 (Or if you feel youthful!)
• Able to speak Papiamento, English, Spanish, and Dutch
