Centro di Cuido (SABA)

The SABA is in the process of rebranding and will become the Centro Medico pa Cuido Chronico (CMCC).

The SABA/CMCC is a private foundation which provides chronic care for young adults and elderly citizens of Aruba within three facilities in Aruba, namely:
o Centro Di Cuido (CDC), situated in San Nicolas,
o Huize Maris Stella (HMS), situated in Savaneta,
o Verpleeghuis Oranjestad (VO), situated in Oranjestad.

The residents of the Foundation can be divided into two categories:
- Somatic
- Psychogeriatric

Purpose of the organization

The SABA/CMCC provides nursing home services (verpleeghuis) for (young) adults and elderly people who are chronically ill.

Services/Activities

Nursing home services and medical services for people with comorbidities who need 24/7 care.
All clients must go through an indication process before being eligible as a client. This procedure is started through Social Services. The process is handled via the indication commission.
