We organize therapy, workshops and classes for groups or private sessions to promote self-care maintenance with the focus on therapeutic activities such as Qi Gong, Easy Tai Chi, Yoga, meditation, arts & crafts, Sound Healing, Vision therapy, BEMER, Reiki, reflxology and healthy detox teas.
